Breastfeeding: A great start!

This zoom class will be an introduction to preparing for breastfeeding and the first month home with your new baby. It is imperative families understand how the body prepares to breastfeed, how milk is created, latching for optimal milk transfer, methods to support yourself when the journey takes a turn and how everyone can support a breastfeeding mother so that the baby has every opportunity to be a successful breast feeder. Infant sleep, milk collection and storage, diet, exercise and more will be covered.
